Miami, January 16, 2024 — We are proud to launch Socorro Partners, a professional services firm with global reach, providing assurance, tax, advisory, and consulting services. Our immediate focus is to deliver high-quality solutions to companies and their management teams in the advisory and consulting space: M&A; IPOs and other exits; turnaround and restructuring; performance improvement; supply chain strategy and transformation; family office services; technical accounting; internal controls compliance under the SEC’s Sarbanes-Oxley rules; and outsourcing solutions. Our firm is based in Miami with an office in Brickell; and we plan to open an office in New York City the second half of 2024.

Socorro Partners has an amazing team in place, and we are expanding our high-performing team by hiring smart, hard-working people with integrity. Our team brings deep functional and industry experience working for decades with leading organizations in the public and private sectors performing assurance, tax, advisory, and consulting services.

We have needs for recent or soon-to-be college and MBA graduates in our consulting practice, as well as more experienced professionals. We are also hiring experienced technical accounting and internal controls professionals with SEC experience; preferably licensed CPAs with Big 4 public company integrated audit experience.
