Kee Tse

Director

Kee Tse is a Director of the Advisory practice focused on IT Risk Advisory. Kee has extensive experience in a wide range of IT advisory areas, including IT internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing; cybersecurity; IT general controls and automated process controls, SOX design, implementation and testing; IT audit support for financial audits, segregation of duties assessments and SOC assurance engagements. Additionally, she has specialized skills in various IT technologies, ERPs, and attestation reporting to the Media Rating Council.

Having started her career at Ernst & Young in 2011, Kee joined Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra (MBAF) as a Manager in the firm's Risk & Transaction Advisory practice in 2018. Following the acquisition of MBAF by BDO, Kee became a Senior Manager in the Data, Risk, and Controls team. Kee has served clients across various industries and with varied technologies. She has played a key role in facilitating improvements in client’s processes and the adoption of new controls.

Kee is multilingual, including fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese. Kee holds an MBA from Barry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Kee is a CPA and CISA, and an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of CPAs, Beta Gamma Sigma, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
