Luisa Puche is a Managing Director in its Advisory practice, leading the firm's Outsourcing Solution. She is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of global multi-industry experience. Throughout her career, Luisa has demonstrated exceptional expertise in finance and accounting, leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives. Her diverse background includes roles in private equity ownership and public company governance and reporting, which makes her a valuable asset in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Luisa's wide-ranging expertise includes building robust accounting and finance infrastructures, executing effective financial strategies, navigating complex accounting transactions, and providing insightful acquisition analysis. She is also skilled in due diligence, M&A integration, IPO readiness, business transformation and restructuring, and reporting and compliance. Prior to joining Socorro Partners, Luisa was the CFO of Renovaro Inc., a publicly traded AI/biotechnology company, where she led accounting, finance, and SEC reporting and oversaw investor relations, insurance, and IT functions. Prior to Renovaro, Luisa was President of Puche Group LLP, an accounting and finance advisory services company providing outsourced services as CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and PMO on large complex implementations, as well as providing technical assistance for complex accounting matters and transactions for various multinationals. Before Puche Group, she served in several senior finance leadership roles at Brightstar Corporation, a $10 billion global wireless device services provider, culminating in interim Chief Accounting Officer prior to the company being acquired. Luisa started her career at Ernst & Young, where she predominantly worked in the communication industry for SEC registrants. She subsequently became an Associate Director in the Security Technology Solutions practice, focusing on cybersecurity offerings.

Luisa holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida International University and has completed the Latino Corporate Directors Association Board Ready Institute Core Program.
