Jorge is a seasoned cybersecurity and risk management specialist with over 25 years of experience across a wide spectrum of industries, including financial services, healthcare, insurance, technology, and consumer products. Throughout his career – at Accenture, EY, and BDO – Jorge has demonstrated a passion for helping organizations navigate the complex landscape of digital transformation while maintaining robust security postures.

Specializing in cybersecurity program development and enhancement, Jorge excels in crafting comprehensive strategies that align with business objectives. His specialization spans critical areas such as data governance, incident response planning, and IT risk management. Jorge is particularly adept at leveraging leading industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS 18, CSA's CCM, and FFIEC CAT to assess and fortify cybersecurity programs.

With a keen eye on emerging technologies, Jorge has become a trusted advisor on the risks and opportunities presented by AI, blockchain, and other cutting-edge innovations. He helps organizations understand and mitigate the unique challenges these technologies pose to traditional security models. Jorge's experience extends to leading internal audit functions for global companies, where he has honed his skills in identifying and addressing systemic vulnerabilities.
