Olga began her career at PwC, where she spent 12 years in the international tax practice. She led complex, multidisciplinary projects, helping Fortune 500 companies implement tax-efficient structures to optimize their global operations. Her clients spanned industries that include technology, manufacturing & distribution, and franchising.
Following her tenure at PwC, Olga joined Oracle Corporation, where she spent 14 years overseeing tax controversy matters across Canada and Latin America. Her leadership resulted in the successful resolution of audits, litigation, and settlements in jurisdictions including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. Olga also spearheaded M&A integration efforts in the region, including due diligence, legal entity streamlining, and operational integration planning.
A Florida-licensed CPA, Olga holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a master’s degree in taxation, both from the University of Miami. She remains actively involved in various professional organizations, further reflecting her commitment to advancing the field of tax strategy.
